DIRECTIONS: Gently apply the swifty roll-on to pulse points such as your Wrists, Neck, Inner Elbows, Behind Your Knees , Décolleté and Behind Your Ears. These warm areas help to naturally diffuse the fragrance. Remember, a little goes a long way with these highly concentrated oils, so start with a small amount and add more only if needed.
